How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons (December-January and April-May). For popular destinations like Palawan and Boracay, booking 1-2 months ahead is advisable.
Can I book for a large group?
Yes! We accommodate group bookings. For groups of 10 or more, please contact us directly for special rates and arrangements. We can also customize itineraries for corporate events and special occasions.
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
Yes, you can request modifications to your booking by contacting our support team. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees depending on the type of modification and how close it is to your travel date.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through MAYA, which includes credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), debit cards, e-wallets (GCash, Maya), and bank transfers. All transactions are secured and encrypted.
When do I need to pay?
Full payment is required to confirm your booking. You will receive a payment link via email after submitting your booking. Payment must be completed within 24 hours to secure your reservation.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. We use MAYA payment gateway which employs industry-standard SSL encryption and fraud protection. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes, you will receive an electronic receipt via email once your payment is confirmed. This serves as your booking confirmation and should be presented upon arrival.

What is included in the tour packages?
Each package clearly lists its inclusions on the tour page. Typically, packages include accommodations, specified meals, transportation, entrance fees, and guide services. Please check the specific package details for exact inclusions.
Can I customize a tour package?
Yes! We offer custom tour packages tailored to your preferences. Contact us with your requirements, group size, preferred dates, and budget, and our team will create a personalized itinerary for you.
Are tours conducted in English?
Yes, all our tours are conducted in English. Filipino guides are fluent in English and can also accommodate requests for other languages with advance notice.
What should I bring on the tour?
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, sunscreen, insect repellent, a hat, swimwear (for beach tours), a camera, and any personal medications. Specific packing lists are provided in your confirmation email.

Cancellations & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by package. Generally, cancellations made 14+ days before travel receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 7-13 days receive 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Please see our Cancellation Policy page for details.
How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel your booking, please contact our support team via email or phone. Provide your booking reference number and reason for cancellation. We will process your request and inform you of any applicable refunds.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days after approval. The actual credit to your account depends on your payment method and bank processing times.
What happens if the tour is cancelled due to weather?
If we cancel a tour due to unsafe weather conditions or natural disasters, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to another date at no additional cost.

Do I need a visa to visit the Philippines?

What is the best time to visit the Philippines?
The best time to visit is during the dry season from November to May. December to February offers cooler weather, while March to May is warmer. The rainy season is from June to October.
